The food was sumptuous and affordable. The bathroom was clean and the waitstaff was very personable. I had been familiar with the Pancake Factorys branch in Pleasant Valley, and this branch fulfills the expectation of great quality in a convenient location.
Date night with my wife of 30 years. After a movie at the mall we saw the Village Pancake Factory. We looked at the menu first and then went inside. We were greeted and served be Miranda. She was very cheerful and happy and made us feel welcome. We had a great meal and left very happy. Thank you Miranda.
The chicken noodle soup was incredible! so fresh and comforting on a cold day. Our server Miranda was phenomenal, quick checked in with us and very accommodating! Thank you miranda for a great lunch!
Food was very good, nice portion size. Wish I got the French toast. The bite I stole from my girlfriend was awesome. The omlete was a solid choice though. Cappuccino was much bigger than I was expecting. Looking forward to my next visit to get a milkshake
